Vidanta’s general manager for development, Alessandro Stifani, said that the Hotel chain has achieved the return of up to 80% of its guests with its personalized service strategy.
Thus, he said that “almost 80 percent of those who come back are returning. For this, the destination is also important. Personally, I always believe that the destination is very important. You can have a wonderful Hotel, but the destination is what makes the difference,” says Vallarta Opina.
As reported by REPORTUR.mxIn April, the Vidanta Group planned the construction of a luxury 12-hole golf course in the Riviera Maya jungle, on a 47-hectare plot of land that will preserve refuge and feeding areas for wildlife. The project is estimated to take 10 years. (Riviera Maya: Vidanta plans a luxury golf course in the jungle).
The project, called The Jungle Golf by Vidanta, which is managed by the company Desarrollo Marina Vallarta, plans to include an artificial lake with more than 12 thousand cubic meters of water.
Vidanta is the vacation chain with the most rooms in Mexico, and is owned by Daniel Chávez, the main supporter of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO) among the tourism business community.
