Iberia is extending the flexibility on Flights connecting Madrid with Caracas, the capital of Venezuela. The airline, which already adopted measures as soon as Nicolás Maduro’s victory was announced, has decided to continue giving maximum facilities to customers who have tickets to fly to the country, according to a statement sent to the Travel agency channel.
IAG is allowing travellers who wish to change their Travel plans. For those passengers with tickets issued up to Wednesday 7 August with departures up to the 14th, they are given two options: new Flight dates (up to 31 August) or requesting a voucher for the price of the ticket, which can be freely exchanged.
In the case of cancelled Flights, Iberia will apply the standard regulations, that is, it will refund them automatically and within the established period.
