The Attorney General’s Office (FGE) of Quintana Roo has begun an investigation into a possible crime against the health of two foreign tourists identified as Zara Hull and Kaylie Pitze, in the continental area of Isla Mujeres.

Testimonies shared on social media indicate that the situation became critical with Hull suffering convulsions and both young women having to be transferred to their rooms in wheelchairs.
Kaylie Pitze, in an interview with News 9, said, “My water was bubbling and we were knocked out.” Rilee Works, apparently known to the family, shared a picture of herself
