This is the giant BelugaXL from Airbus

Airbus has revealed its BelugaXL at its headquarters in Toulouse, a giant aircraft that it uses to transport large aircraft parts. Flightradar24 gives a detailed account of the gigantic aircraft in the video.

The aircraft entered service in 2019 and was manufactured because the original Belugas were not sufficient for aircraft production.
