The Association Dominican of Social Chroniclers (ADCS) announced the celebration of the Prize to the Chronicle Rosa, which will be performed on November 19 at the La Fiesta theater of the Renasaince Jaragua Hotel, at 7:00 p.m.
This is a recognition of the path of chroniclers and companies that carry out social work and support this journalistic institution.
He advertisement was done during a meeting at the La VinaterÃa restaurant, where Mirna Pimentelpresident of the ADCS, explained that “it will be a night full of emotions where we will exalt to many members who have been pioneers and who with their path have contributed great achievements to the chronicle social,” he said Pimentel.
He explained that this activity reactivates the award and the magazine Pink Catwalk, that that night he will appear again.
The statuette
The chroniclers Those honored will receive a statuette created by Patricio Correa, one of the greats artisans of the country, who symbolized it with the colors of the association:
- The blue of larimar.
- The rose that identifies us as Chronicle Pink.
- The pen that symbolizes the instrument that journalists use to write their chronicles, Pimentel announced.
“With this statuette made with indigenous recycled materials that identify us as a Caribbean country, the ADCS is contributing to the economy orange so important for the development of our culture,” he added.
