The Caribbean Gold Coast Awards presented the awards to companies in the cruise tourism sector and outstanding Hotel executives, in a ceremony held on the beach of The Ocean Club, a Luxury Collection.

Likewise, Caribe Always Yours Lopesan Costa Bavaro as best Hotel Ballet; Long live Dominicus, best Hotel entertainment; chef Miguel Almonte of Lopesan Costa Bávaro; Puerto Plata chef, featured, Chic Cabaret and Restaurant, from Gran Palladium, best night shows, Puerto Plata Carnival, best cultural and tourist event in Puerto Plata.
The recognitions included the» Patria Foundation School Institute, for its contributions to the training of Hotel staff; Transatlántico A. T, leading tour operator in the arrival of Canadians; Aerodom from Vincy Airports; Jesús Rafael Cabrera, Armando Rodríguez, business career; Rosner Brito, investor and tourism promoter of the year; Yohani Casilla, commercial director of the year; Alejandro Castillo, foreign manager; José Rafael Abreu, Royalton Chic Antigua as Puerto Plata manager abroad and María José Berbel, tourism executive of the year.
Special recognition to the Clean Ocean Foundation for its work in favor of the environment.
The president of the award, Leonardo Medrano Celine Medranodirector of the event and Katherine Henriquez, thanked the attendees, the sponsoring companies, as well as the country’s tourism sector for their support.
