The trough will continue combined with the humidity provided by the warm weather from the south, generating increases in cloudiness accompanied by moderate to heavy rainfall at times, electrical storms and gusts of wind in different towns in the provinces: Samaná, Duarte, María Trinidad Sánchez, Sánchez Ramírez , La Altagracia, San Cristóbal, Greater Santo Domingo including the National District, San Pedro de Macorís, La Romana, Monte Plata, El Seibo and Hato Mayor.
We expect this precipitation to continue gradually spreading to other provinces during the remainder of the afternoon and early evening.
Meteorology requests that you remain alert through the bulletins because these meteorological conditions could generate situations of flooding of rivers, streams and ravines, as well as sudden urban or rural flooding in vulnerable areas.
