Puntacana Resort successfully held its traditional annual meeting ´Owners Weekend´inspired by the music and trends of the 80’s. More than 400 families from United States, Canada, Latin America, Europe and Dominican Republiccame together to enjoy a wide agenda of wellness, sports and entertainment activities designed for the whole family.
The weekend began with the traditional social golf tournament for owners at the renowned Corales golf course, where 80 players enjoyed the benefits of this professional golf course, home of the sporting event Corales Puntacana Championship PGA Tour Event.
The Welcome Cocktail was held at the Puntacana Club, where Frank Elias RainieriPresident & CEO of Puntacana Groupshared with the owners the most relevant milestones of the company during this year. The Cana Golf & Beach Club was the setting for an agenda of activities focused on health and well-being, which included a Floating Sound Healing session, a unique sound healing experience with sounds from gongs and quartz bowls performed by The Spa Puntacana Resort therapists. In addition, the Body Shop offered yoga sessions at sunrise, paddle pilates, aqua bike training, water dance and a beach challenge.
Meanwhile, tennis players participated in a friendly match at the traditional owners’ tournament held at the Oscar de la Renta Tennis Center. Padel fans also raised their game with a match on the new owners’ court.
The children enjoyed different activities designed for them, such as a textile painting workshop, dance and choreography class, glitter bar, bracelet workshop, lava lamps and silent disco.
The weekend concluded with an 80’s-style dinner party at the Puntacana Club; a family atmosphere under the stars, exquisite cuisine, live music, children’s activities and different themed experiences were part of a memorable night.
