The executive director of the Punta Brigantín Master Plan, Andres Marranzinisaid that the strategy of the plan is to incorporate a new Hotel and tourist destination in Puerto Platawhich will include four thousand Hotel rooms with the development of important international chains, more than one thousand five hundred residential tourist units.
He stressed that together with the incorporation of Hotel rooms, a strategy has been worked on to create a fund to achieve the addition of eight weekly Flights to the Gregorio Luperon Airport at the same time that the Hotel rooms of the first stage are inaugurated, which would be 2,100 rooms.
Marranzini said that in addition to tourism and real estate development, he intends to promote an academic campus aimed at promoting education and innovation in the country, a film studio, and will contribute to the creation of thousands of jobs, much more.
It also includes 2,500 mixed-use units, a club and golf course, public and private beach club, creating a unique themed village in the region.
It is recalled that the property has almost ten million square meters, more than six kilometers of linear beach, among other attractions to be developed in Punta Bergantín, according to El Caribe.
