Flybondi inaugurated its Ticket Sale at the Aeroparque Metropolitano in the City of Buenos Aires. The sales and customer service office is located in the check-in area, in front of counters 37 to 41 and is open from Monday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
In this new space for personalized attention, tickets can be purchased with all payment methods (credit card, debit card and QR code), additional services can be purchased (luggage, seat assignment, among others), as well as changes and queries.
The office at Ezeiza International Airport and its official channels such as the website and call center will also remain open.
Florencia Fora, Flybondi Customer Service Manager, said: “Adding a new, larger space for our passengers at one of the most important airports in Buenos Aires allows us to facilitate the procedures required by people travelling on Flybondi.
