The Civil Aviation Board of the Dominican Republic has reported that Venezuelan airlines will not be able to fly to the country starting Monday, May 27. The JAC has already indicated to Venezuelan airlines that all passenger and cargo air operations, regular and non-scheduled, are prohibited in Dominican airspace, as REPORTUR has learned.
From this moment, the Dominican aeronautical authorities will be able to begin a reevaluation of the behavior of Venezuelan airlines with the aim of guaranteeing the sustainability of each route.
The airlines of Venezuela They must again submit requests for air operations under any modality to the Civil Aviation Board, as this media has learned.
This decision comes in response to the obstacles on the part of the Venezuelan authorities to expand frequencies of Dominican airlines on routes with the country it presides over. Nicolas Maduro.
