In alert green are: Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional, Valverde, La Vega, Monseñor Nouel, La Altagracia, Monte Plata, Santiago, Dajabón, Sánchez Ramírez, Santiago Rodríguez and Montecristi.
The COE recommended that people refrain from crossing rivers, streams and ravines that have high volumes of water in the provinces low alert.
