Higüey, La Altagracia.- The senator-elect for the province of La Altagracia, Rafael Barón Duluc “Cholitin” yesterday began an operation to remove his political propaganda from the main streets and highways in the district.
In a video posted on his social networks, the former mayor urged the other candidates and parties not to leave the removal of billboards and signs alone to the local council.
Rafael “Cholitín” won the senatorship of La Altagracia when he was presented as a candidate for senator of the Liberal Reformist Party (PLR) for the province of La Altagracia, allied with the PRM and other political forces.
He obtained 51.58% of the total votes, that is, 51,273 votes cast in favor of his candidacy.
