India’s most populous city, Bombay, has dressed up to celebrate Anant Ambani’s wedding, son of businessman Mukesh Ambani, considered the richest man in India, with Radhika Merchant, daughter of business magnate, Viren Merchant.
The Antilia residence, owned by the bride’s father and valued at around 1 billion euros, was the chosen location for the first day of celebrations, which began on Friday 12 July and will continue until Sunday 14 July.
Famous guests included Kim and Khloe Kardashian, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas, former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, Samsung CEO Han Jong, singer Luis Fonsi and several Bollywood actors and actresses, in what is considered the wedding of the century and one of the most expensive weddings in history, with an estimated cost of around 100 million euros. The couple posed radiantly and happily, holding hands.
