Celebrity Cruises’ operations are going from strength to strength, so much so that according to Manlio Carpizo, Sales Director in Latin America of that shipping company, its ships “are fuller than ever.”
In interview with REPORTUR.com, Carpizo maintained that “after the pandemic, people had great interest in traveling again, in reconnecting; So it has been excellent for us. “Our ships are fuller than ever and we are breaking all-time records.”
He stated that Celebrity Cruises’ main differentiator is simply offering an elevated vacation experience. “We dare to say that nothing is like us. We have a great focus on the hospitality we offer, our food and beverages; our accommodation and destinations we visit; as well as the entertainment that is experienced on board our ships.”
“We sail to almost 300 destinations in more than 70 countries, covering all seven continents. The selection of the destination depends a lot on the interest and plan of each client; However, our main and newest ships are located in the most interesting destinations such as Celebrity Ascent in the Mediterranean, Celebrity Beyond in the Caribbean, Celebrity Apex in Northern Europe and Celebrity Edge in Alaska. Although I must mention that the Asia itineraries aboard Celebrity Millennium or Celebrity Solstice are having great success; as well as our megayachts from the Galapagos Fleet,” explained the Celebrity Cruises director.
When referring to the challenges they face, he indicated that “our main challenge and objective will always be to continue being the best premium shipping company, to continue listening to the needs of our clients and exceeding their expectations.”
