With the aim of continuing to promote Cancun as a tourist destination to national and international visitors, the Benito Juárez City Council placed a sculpture as a new attraction in Playa Delfines, so that tourists and Cancun residents can take a souvenir photo.

The sculpture is divided into two parts and contains a total of five dolphins. It was previously located in the Parque de las Palapas, in the center of the city, and has now been relocated to a viewpoint of this famous beach, with a majestic setting that is the turquoise blue sea of ​​the Mexican Caribbean, for the enjoyment of all bathers.

The director of the Administrative Management Unit of the “Cancún District” project, Carlos Armando del Castillo, reported that the action was carried out in conjunction with the Institute of Culture and the Arts, as well as with the support of the General Services directorates and the Federal Maritime-Terrestrial Zone (Zofemat).

It is worth remembering that Playa Delfines is a public spa that is highly visited for its beauty and the quality of its services, as it has the distinctive Blue Flag and the white flag of Sustainable Clean Beach at Level II, as well as the Platinum Beach certificate, according to with the Mexican Institute of Standardization and Certification (IMNC).

The new live streaming cameras completed 11 online streaming points of the beaches and tourist sites of Quintana Roo. (Cancun will promote its tourist areas more with webcams).
