AirlinePros International will be Avianca’s General Sales Agent (GSA) to enter the Australian and New Zealand markets and thus market Flights to Latin America.
“This important partnership aims to improve Avianca’s Sales, Marketing and Customer Service operations in these important Pacific markets, promoting greater connectivity and tourism opportunities between Australia, New Zealand and Latin America,” AirlinePros reported, as reported by El Colombiano.
He added that Australia and New Zealand are strong outbound Travel markets and represent a valuable opportunity for Avianca to take advantage of the demand for transportation to Latin America.
AirlinePros is a company that provides representation, distribution and commercial solutions for airlines with more than 60 locations worldwide.
As reported by REPORTUR.co, Colombian airlines were on standby due to fuel shortages, which led to the cancellation of at least 100 Flights and the restriction of ticket sales.
