Multiple complaints from passengers Avianca were published on social networks due to delays, cancellations and overselling of chairs in recent days. One of the cases was the Flight of Saint Andrew which left last Friday, June 21 at 9:40 at night towards Medellinbut the airline announced the cancellation without prior notice.
“The Flight was postponed to leave tomorrow (Saturday) starting at 10 in the morning, they must be here at the airport two hours before. Those who took luggage through the hold will be in a band down there. Have a good night,” an airline official told the passengers, so they protested and the police had to intervene.
