“This new menu fuses native Dominican cuisine with international cuisine where flavors from the Mediterranean, Asia and the Caribbean have been mixed and rethought in an innovative way by our executive chef and his team, achieving an exquisite selection of dishes that highlight their flavor. thanks to the quality of the local products that we use in its preparation, as well as the select mixology that we offer through our wide variety of wines and cocktails,” he highlighted.

The new culinary proposal was presented by the Hotel‘s executive chef, Mariano Jimenez, who stated that the new menu has been carefully designed with the interest of satisfying the dietary needs of the different types of diners who choose Aromas Restaurant.

“When structuring this new version of the gastronomic offer, we were inspired in a very special way, fusing smells, colors and flavors, but at the same time we wanted to get closer to that audience with special requirements when eating, offering vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose free and low in carbohydrates. Likewise, we have considered the food preferences of the little ones in the house, whom we also hope to conquer with every bite,” he stated.

About the new menu

The new menu is made up of hors d’oeuvres, salads, main courses and desserts. Options include grilled tuna salad, made with tuna, avocado, ripe banana, leek, sesame, crispy rice noodle and Thai dressing; raw bar with three varieties of carpaccio: mozzarella, mixed and beef; broths, such as the traditional sancocho, and the exquisite pumpkin cream, as well as chillo en costa provençal, fettucine del mar and tropical mofongo, among the main dishes.

In the signature cuisine, the black bean croquettes with a sweet and sour mango base, salad and onion jam stand out; the truffled ripe banana gnocchi, the goat tortellini with fresh house pasta.
