The Argentine chain Amérian Hotels inaugurated a few days ago the Mérit Parque Leloir, the first Hotel in this prestigious neighborhood located in the Ituzaingó district, province of Buenos Aires, just 30 minutes from the Obelisk and 40 minutes from the Aeroparque Metropolitano.
Roberto Amengual, president of the chain, highlighted: “It is a 3-star format, which we started working on a long time ago and which has been very successful, because although the services are smaller than those that are usually 4-star, the comfort in rest is the same.” And he added: “The proposal, in addition to providing excellent accommodation, will have the ‘Dos Setenta’ restaurant on the terrace, a culinary experience that will include traditional dishes and privileged views.”
The Hotel is located within the MORA Building Complex, with a covered area of 4,200 m², and offers 69 modern “apart”-type rooms of 30 m2, fully equipped, its own parking, a multipurpose room and commercial premises on the ground floor. Its facilities follow a functional architectural criterion integrated with its surroundings and the environment, generating a unique experience that will soon be available to reserve and enjoy.
“The Hotel is mainly oriented to the corporate sector, the area has had a very strong industrial development and did not have a nearby accommodation proposal,” explained Amengual.
Likewise, he expressed: “Parque Leloir is a place that also has many gastronomic and relaxation proposals; and it makes many people interested in taking a nearby getaway, being able to enjoy the natural environment.”
Another public, in addition to the corporate and recreational, that is interested in the Hotel is those related to medicine: “In Parque Leloir there is great medical development, and it is the main medical epicenter of the western area. “We are receiving inquiries from clinics and establishments that have joined to develop agreements so that they can offer our service to those who have to make a query in the area.”
The Mérit Parque Leloir operates under the innovative condo Hotel format, where the rooms belong to several individual investors. Each investor obtains title to a functional unit and assigns the use of their room to a trust that hires a specialist to manage the Hotel under the Mérit brand belonging to the renowned Amérian Hotels Chain.
