Air Canada has confirmed that it will add frequencies to its Flights to and from Buenos Aires for the southern hemisphere summer season, reaching daily operations between December and the end of March 2025. In this way, the company is responding to the growing demand for the route for the season.
Specifically, starting December 10, the Flight to Toronto via Sao Paulo will be available every day of the week. In addition, the schedules of these Flights allow passengers to connect in the Brazilian city with the Air Canada service from Guarulhos to Montreal, thereby reducing the Travel time to this city in the Province of Quebec.
Flight AC90 departs from Toronto at 10:50 p.m. to arrive at Ezeiza International Airport at 3:25 p.m. the following day, and returns as AC91 departing from Buenos Aires at 5:00 p.m., with an expected arrival time of 5:50 a.m. the following day, always via Sao Paulo.
Flights are operated with B787-900 Dreamliners that have 30 seats in Business Class, 21 in Premium Economy and 247 in Economy.
Likewise, a Memorandum of Consultation on Air Transport was recently signed between Argentina and Canada, which promotes the liberalization of Flights between both countries, which implies the possibility of increasing connectivity by expanding operational capacities due to the elimination of restrictions in force until the signing of the memorandum.
As REPORTUR.mx reported, Air Canada announced that it will launch new weekly Flights from Quebec City to Tulum, Mexico’s newest airport on the Yucatan Peninsula, starting December 13, 2024, subject to government approval. (Tulum: Air Canada to land in December from Quebec)
