President Luis Abinader and the Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM) are winners in the first bulletin of the presidential elections in the Dominican Republic, held this Sunday.
According to the first results issued by the Central Electoral Board (JCE), the president leads the elections with 59.24%. In second place is Leonel Fernández, for Fuerza del Pueblo, with 26.91% and Abel Martínez is third with 10.64%
The cutoff of these results issued by the JCE is more than 20%.
Bulletins will continue to be distributed every 15 minutes.
