The National Institute of Traffic and Land Transportation (Intrant) and global premium beverage company Diageo signed a memorandum of understanding this Thursday to implement the program “En Contravía” in the Dominican Republic, to promote a mobility safer road and reduce accident rates accidents traffic related to the harmful use of alcohol.
The institution explains that the online resource consists of an interactive online learning experience developed in collaboration with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (Unitar), which will present participants with a series of real-life scenarios, allowing them to interact with people who have driven while drunk.
