What is allowed, according to Paragraph I of the aforementioned article, is that: “Duly certified polling firms may carry out polls or exit polls, provided that they are deposited in the Central Electoral Board in closed and sealed or sealed envelopes. , and have met the requirements demanded by the Central Electoral Board, whose results may not be disclosed until three hours after the close of voting.
Paragraph II also indicates: “Exit polls or surveys must be carried out in such a way that they do not violate or violate the right and duty, related to the secrecy of the vote established in this law.”
Deadline for delivery of credentials
This Saturday is also the deadline for the delivery of credentials to polling station officials, provided for in Article 64 of Law 15-19.
Four days later, Wednesday, May 15, the JCE begins the withdrawal of electoral materials by the presidents and secretaries of the electoral colleges.
Thursday the 16th is the last day for proselytizing, demonstrations or meetings of a political nature.
On Friday, May 17, materials are delivered to the electoral boards and is also the limit for collection of materials by presidents and secretaries of the electoral colleges.

On Saturday the 18th, the sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited, 24 hours before the elections.
