The Vidanta Group faces accusations of possible environmental damage due to the overflights it carried out in the Huasteca of Potosí, less than 30 meters high in the Sótano de las Golondrinas Protected Natural Area (ANP).

The Secretary of Government of San Luis Potosí, Guadalupe Torres Sánchez, indicated that the administration will investigate possible environmental crimes. “The most important thing is that the company and the pilots who manipulated the aircraft have been identified,” commented Torres Sánchez.
