He Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) has obtained Level 2 Accreditation in Customer Experience from the Airports Council International (ACIfor its acronym in English).
“This recognition is a testament to the teamwork, innovation and passion that characterise our airport. We will continue to work to continually improve and offer an increasingly personalised and efficient service. We thank our passengers for joining us on this journey as we work to offer excellence at every step and a memorable experience,” he said. Giovanni Rainieridirector of Airside Operations at the airport.
It is worth noting that Punta Cana Airport is the first airport in the Dominican Republic to obtain triple ISO certification (9001, 14001 and 14064-1) and, at the same time, receive the ACA Level 2 Carbon Footprint accreditation from ACI.
Satisfaction surveys, such as ACI’s ASQ survey, are very important sources that help airports focus on what actions should be most impactful for their customers. They encourage taking the results to identify key priorities that will operationally contribute to customer satisfaction.
