Clean Hands has sent a letter to Juan Carlos Peinado, head of the Court of Instruction number 41 of Madrid, in which it requests that he request from the Presidency of the Government “the telephone numbers that have been available” of Begoña Gómez, Pedro’s wife. Sánchez, according to La Razón.

Clean Hands has also taken advantage of the brief to defend that the magistrate had opened preliminary proceedings against Sánchez’s wife, a decision that led the president to suspend his institutional agenda for five days to reflect on a possible resignation that did not occur.
“Does an anonymous complaint have more basis and basis for initiating preliminary proceedings than a notitia criminis?” asks Miguel Bernad, general secretary of the organization.
