The new and brilliant Minister of State Transformation of Argentina, Federico Sturzenegger, has among his first topics to address the deregulation of the commercial aviation market and the exam to work in the State.
On his personal X account (formerly Twitter), the minister made a series of posts in which he referred to key issues such as access to public employment and also referred to the air market. He said that the deregulation of the air market is an example of simple changes that will allow connecting more cities. This Wednesday he will present the air market reform, which “will release countless restrictions that currently limit operations linked to air transport.”
The minister will seek to release restrictions linked to air transport through the first regulatory decrees of DNU 70, which will propose a major change in the Aerocommercial Code, as has been proposed since the beginning of the government of the current head of State, as reported REPORTUR.us.com (Milei’s strategy: to advance air and land deregulation)
The sector is already speculating about the reopening of El Palomar airport and the re-entry of airlines that could offer more and better connectivity regardless of whether these routes are marketed by AR.
