MSC Cruises has doubled the number of ships sailing from Port Canaveral for the winter of 2025-2026, with the addition of MSC Grandiosa, which will have a seven-night Caribbean itinerary, and MSC Seashore, which is scheduled for three- and four-day cruises.
Likewise, the shipping company has announced that in total it will have seven ships sailing for the winter of 2025-2026 from the ports of the United States, adding the MSC Seaside that will set sail with itineraries of three to seven nights from Miami, and the MSC Divina that will have routes through the Caribbean for up to 11 nights.
Separately, MSC will add the port in Galveston with the MSC Seascape which will have seven-night Western Caribbean itineraries from November 2025. MSC will continue to sail the Meraviglia year-round from Brooklyn, New York, on seven-night itineraries. nights between Florida and Bahamas.
As reported REPORTUR.us, MSC Cruises brings its newest ship, the MSC World America, to Miami to sail the Caribbean. The cruise will set sail for its inaugural season on April 12, 2025 on a 7-day itinerary that includes Costa Maya and Cozumel, destinations also visited by Royal Caribbean, among other shipping companies. MSC World America will sail the eastern and western Caribbean with calls in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic; San Juan Puerto Rico; Costa Maya and Cozumel, Mexico; Roatan Island, Honduras; and the Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve in The Bahamas.
