After the announcement of Sun Country Airlines to add nonstop seasonal service between Milwaukee (Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport) to the Dominican Republic (Punta Cana Airport), Grant Whitneysenior vice president and chief revenue officer of the airline, said that “Milwaukee travelers will love Punta Cana and Montego Bay.”
“We are excited to offer more winter service to Milwaukee,” he added.
The new non-stop Flights between MKE and Punta Cana will be from December 26 to April 7. Flights will initially operate twice a week and will increase to four times a week from January 23.
While, Brian Dranzik, “Jamaica and the Dominican Republic are popular winter destinations for travelers residing in Milwaukee, and we are pleased that Sun Country is offering additional low-fare options to these warm-weather, family-friendly destinations,” said Milwaukee Airport Director Mitchell Mitchell.
