“I always think that the public figure of importance must be decided, chosen, designated by a collective body,” said Germán.

These statements were offered after the inauguration of a emblematic mural which honors leaders who have made outstanding contributions to the National Council of the Public Defense, in the framework of the commemoration of its twentieth anniversary.

The mural highlights the figure of distinguished leaders such as Jorge Subero Isa already Mariano Germanwho served as president of the National Council of Public Defense at key moments in its evolution. Likewise, it was recognized Luis Henry Molina Peña, current president of that body.

The past directors of the school also occupy a place of honour on this mural. National Office of Public Defense Rosalía Sosa and Laura Hernández, and equally the director of this institution, Rodolfo Valentin Saints.

The unveiling of the mural is part of a series of commemorative activities that will continue throughout the year.
