LA ALTAGRACIA.- Some 104 packages, presumably cocaine, that would be sent to Lisbon, Portugal, were confiscated through an intelligence and inspection operation carried out at the Punta Cana International Airport, La Altagracia province.

The agents of the National Drug Control Directorate (DNCD), members of the Specialized Airport Security Corps and canine units, coordinated by the Public Ministry, carried out supervision tasks in one of the areas of the terminal, when through the security system X-rays detected distorted images inside four suitcases.
