In green placed 15 localities: National District, Santo Domingo, Valverde, San Cristóbal, Peravia, Monseñor Nouel, Barahona, La Romana, Santiago, Monte Plata, La Vega, San Pedro de MacorÃs, Pedernales, San José de Ocoa and Sánchez RamÃrez.
With the issuance of these alertsthe organization seeks to prevent situations of risks for the population in the event of possible flooding of rivers, streams and ravines, as well as sudden or urban floods.

Due to wind Moderate with occasional gusts and waves between 6 to 8 feet high near the Atlantic coast, the National Institute of Meteorology (Indomet) recommended operators of fragile, small and medium-sized vessels remain in port.
