Despite the time, González Ureña assures that he maintains the hope of meeting her again one day and being able to hug her.
In an interview with Free Diaryconfessed his greatest fear: die without having met her. Since 2019, he has faced at least five cerebrovascular accidents (CVA), which have deteriorated his health and left deep physical and emotional consequences.
He holds on to the love and care he has given his wife, as well as the unconditional support of his three children.
He related that, since he was 37 days old, he was raised by a paternal aunt, who informed him that his mother’s name was Milagros Urena and who supposedly resides in the community of San Víctor, in the Moca municipality, Espaillat province.
He specified that when his biological mother had him he was a minor.
“I want to see her. I’m here sick, I’m not interested in whether she has assets or anything. The only thing that matters to me is knowing about her and knowing my family,” he said.
He stated that in his heart there is no resentment for his mother’s abandonment. On the contrary, he looks forward to seeing her and longs for that hug he has wanted for so many years.

He said that he found out that his brother would have a son thanks to a common cousin, who told him that the baby was on the way and that the mother wanted to deliver him.

Santa stated that César Efraín He has been “very good” since he was a child. She described him as a hard-working, loving man dedicated to his family. Before facing health problems, he was part of the National Police, but his condition forced him to leave the ranks of the institution.
