Ana Paty Peralta announced her reinstatement as mayor of Benito Juárez. The mayor expressed her gratitude to Pablo Gutiérrez and the City Council team for their commitment and outstanding work during the last three months of her absence due to the electoral campaign in which she was victorious.

“Many thanks to Pablo Gutiérrez Fernández and the entire City Council team for their commitment and great work. They made an excellent team with our governor Mara Lezama to be at the level of the people of Cancún during these 3 months,” said Peralta.

The mayor stressed the importance of continuing to work together for the well-being of Cancun and emphasized that the commitment to the city remains the priority of her administration.

“We will continue working together for the well-being of our city because Cancun unites us,” she added. Among her priorities, Ana Paty Peralta mentioned the need to strengthen health services, mobility, security, public spaces and social programs; to create a community with greater inclusion, which reaches all corners.

He reported that during this week he will work on inaugurating new urban and sports infrastructure construction projects, as well as supervising current works and reactivating the Cancun Citizen Service Days, which will be held every week, starting this Thursday at Supermanzana 260.
