The president of the training school of the Dominican Association of Travel and Tourism Agencies (Adavit), Ana Santelises de Latourand the rector of Barna Management School, Paulo Alveshave made official the collaboration between both institutions for the training of staff at Travel and tourism agencies.
The agreement includes activities in the areas of teaching, research, training and cultural dissemination. It will also include workshops, joint programs and other academic and commercial activities.
Santelises said that “this is a very special strategic alliance. Adavit’s role in the market has always been to promote the tourism industry, Travel agencies and training Travel agents, one of our pillars.”
For his part, the rector of Barna reaffirmed that the agreement is a challenge, as it justifies the fact that the tourism sector is very important for the economy and the country. “We hope to be able to contribute that bit to the system.”
Barna School Management will contribute to the training of professionals as part of the agreement.
