The executive director of the Dominican Port Authority (Apordom), Jean Luis Rodriguezassured that by the year 2025 the port of Red Cape will have the arrival of 150 thousand cruise passengers, already confirmed.
“There are already confirmed arrivals, and this number may increase, because other ships may continue to be confirmed. There are already 150,000 confirmed passengers. We are talking about almost 10 times the number of passengers that will have arrived in 2024,” he reiterated.
He indicated that this year 2024 is expected to close with about 20 thousand cruise passengers, and to date about eight thousand have arrived, only in Cabo Rojo.
