Almundo, the omnichannel company belonging to the CVC Argentina group, considers franchising as part of its growth and positioning strategy in the country with a viable initial investment and a rapid recovery that allows seeing results in less than two years. In addition, it is not necessary to come from the tourism industry as it provides the necessary training for sellers to become experts.
Currently, Almundo has more than 125 points of sale around Argentina. During 2023, the brand grew by 29%, adding 26 operational locations to its network. For its part, so far this year, 10 new agencies have already been inaugurated and it is planned to end 2024 with more than 160.
Meanwhile, by 2025, the brand has a very challenging plan to reach 200 franchises, with a focus on consolidating a federal plan and reaching each region of the country. Likewise, the Travel agency currently has more than 98 partners or franchise companies, and 500 connected Travel agents, which make up the most important Travel network in the country.
“Almundo is an expert tourism company that has more than 10 years of experience in the franchise business model, which provides its partners with incomparable support in the industry. “The fact of being such an important brand in the market allows agencies to have better negotiations with suppliers and therefore, offer a better service with the endorsement of being part of CVC Corp, the largest tourism group in Latin America,” comment Juan Fernando García, B2C Commercial Director of Almundo.
In this context, Almundo participated last week in the Expo Franchises, a meeting that has more than 200 leading national and international franchise brands that offer their business proposals. It was held in La Rural de Buenos Aires and with an optimal balance for its first presence.
As reported REPORTUR.com, one of Almundo’s new features in 2024 is that from now on, its network of agencies (which is growing throughout the country under the franchise modality) has the option to pay with dollars in cash. (Almundo accepts payments in dollars and extends the modality in the sector)
