The Spanish airline Air Europein the process of being purchased by the IAG airline group, parent company of Iberiainaugurates this Thursday, the route to Santiago de los Caballerosits third destination in the Dominican Republic, where it already operates regular Flights to Santo Domingo and Punta Cana.
With the new route, to the second most important city in the Caribbean country, where it will also maintain regular Flights, the airline reinforces its commitment to the DR where it is the main reference for connectivity with Europe and expands its offer in order to satisfy the demand towards this destination.
From its ‘hub’ at the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport, Air Europa will activate two weekly frequencies with Santiago de los Caballeros, every Thursday and Saturday, which will be added to a daily one that offers Santo Domingo and at five a week it operates Punta Canathus adding a total of 14 weekly Flights in the Dominican market.
All Flights to the Dominican Republic will be operated with Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft.
