Cuba seeks to take advantage of the geographical and cultural proximity and tourist success of the Dominican Republic to carry out collaborative work. For his part, the Minister of Tourism of the Dominican Republic, David Collado, pointed out that García expressed Cuba’s interest in the statistical management of the Tourism Intelligence System (Situr) of the Ministry of Tourism, as well as the tax facilities provided by the country for new Hotel investments.
