At an event held at the National Congressthe National Assembly proclaimed this Sunday the Constitution of the Dominican Republicwhich will contain “locks” to avoid unlimited presidential re-election and establishes the “independence of the Public Ministry”, among other changes promoted by the president Luis Abinader.
