According to what was expressed by the major general, in front of the agents stationed on the esplanade of the Palace of the Police Nationalthis mission aims to strengthen the security and the order.

He operative seeks to establish operational measures to prevent and control actions criminal and avoid high-risk situations and will focus on the intervention of the sectors of Villa Francisca, Agricultural Villas, Villa Consuelo, Villa Juana, Ensanche La Fe and Cristo Rey.

“With this we want to guarantee the securitythe tranquillity and the free recreation of the residents of the District’s neighborhoods Nationalwith the mission of intervening in places where alcoholic beverages are sold, drinksdiscos, grocery stores and public spaces,” said the director of the Police.

The police chief called on the hundreds of police officers and soldiers who were stationed on the esplanade to carry out their work with integrity and with responsibility.

This joint effort is supported by the Ministry Publiche Ministry Defense (MIDE), the Air Force, the Navy and the Army of the Dominican Republic, as well as the Metropolitan Joint Command.

In addition, the Directorate will participate National Drug Control Department (DNCD), the Central Prevention Directorate, the Central Criminal Investigations Directorate (Dicrim) and the Central Intelligence Directorate (Dintel).
