A fire broke out early Tuesday morning in Plaza El Español, located in Los Corales, Bávaro. Despite the material losses, it is reported that there were no fatalities.
Authorities responded quickly to the emergency call. Several units of the Verón Punta Cana fire department, together with the National Police and health personnel, went to the scene to control the situation.
The fire is currently 95% contained.
The incident caused alarm among residents in the area mentioned.
