The National Police arrested 40 haitians undocumented who were traveling hidden in a truck camouflaged with a black cloth. Two Dominicans accompanied them.

The vehicle was intercepted yesterday Saturday in the vicinity of the municipality of Salcedothanks to the surveillance of Emergency System 9-1-1, which detected its passage through Tenares.

The colonel René Luna Kunhartpolice commander in Salcedoreported that the foreignerswho were allegedly taken to work on agricultural farms in the area, were captured along with two Dominicans who were driving the vehicle.

This incident adds to the numerous immigration operations in the country, where the authorities have intensified the deportations of haitians in an irregular situation.
